Online scheduler

In order to keep our fees as low as possible we do not have a full time receptionist. The online scheduler is simple to use and will confirm your appointment as well as send any forms that are necessary for clinic use.

 

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please use your appointment confirmation email to manage your appointment.

Green Dragon is in network for Health Partners insurance.  No other insurance is accepted with the exception of auto claims (with proper documentation).
